About Annie Meredith
“The background to my life’s work is a passionate sense of connection to the All-That-Is. My life’s dedication is to participate wholly and effectively in the raising of consciousness in the world.
“Although increasingly women are becoming aware of their strength and are beginning to revel in it, it is still rare to meet a strong, intelligent and joyous woman. You are a great role model.”
Jo Belotti
Australian College of Natural Medicine
The vehicle for fulfilling my life’s purpose has been in the field of teaching, counselling and healing. I taught Vibrational Medicine for six years at the Australian College of Natural Medicine in Brisbane. The most pertinent focus of this course is the current paradigm shift from head to heart. It explores the alienation of human kind, through the scientific rationalist approach, from the source of its Being. It goes on to describe how, by opening the heart to explore our inner depths each human being can facilitate his or her own reconnection to the healing life-force energy that is the Source of all life.
Such a reconnection is, at the same time, both an empowering and humbling experience, for while it allows each living being to perceive his unique and specific place in the greater whole, it simultaneously brings the recognition that one exists to complete the whole. To be reconnected therefore reaches every aspect of the individual’s life, including health and wellbeing, relationships to significant others and one’s relationship to the world at large and all other beings in it.
This is the stuff of selfhealing, loving relationships and world peace and is the quantum leap in consciousness that the Earth and her inhabitants need right now, at the beginning of the second millennium.
Getting to where I am now
I was brought up in a household with a Catholic mother and a father who was a devotee of Maher Baba. It was a loving household notwithstanding a frequent airing of very different yet mutually respected opinions – truly East met West!! I learnt very early on in life to recreate within myself both sides of the big picture. My journey has been to project that understanding out into the world.
I was a primary school teacher and taught in both Australia and the U.K, up until the birth of my first two children, Ananda and Leon. When Leon started school, I decided to embark on a new career path which resonated more closely with my heart’s desire. I was drawn to acupuncture, for reasons of which I was unaware at the time but the more I understood of Traditional Chinese Medicine the more I recognised that it was the medicine of energetics, and that the Ancients ( Chinese medicine is at least five thousand years old) understood and mapped the unseen anatomy of the human body.
Whereas modern scientific principles are based on ” I’ll believe it when I see it”, here was a tried and true, ancient system of medicine, which was rooted deeply in the ‘unseen’, but nonetheless, was profoundly effective.
The concept of an unseen energy circulation which both nourishes and enriches the body, included the emotions( energy in motion ) as outward manifestations of the movement of the energy through the body, and the attitudes as powerful drivers of the energetic circulation and primary determiners of health and wellbeing in the individual. Here, at last, an ancient philosophy was describing the whole picture I had come to understand through my childhood.
“I totally enjoy the lectures and love Annie’s enthusiasm – I find it contagious” – Student, ACNM, Brisbane.
From these beginnings, I went on to explore flower essences, homeopathics, transpersonal psychology, mind-body therapy and naturopathy in my subsequent passionate desire to know everything about wholism. Between 1981 and 1992 I conducted an Acupuncture and Natural therapies practise specialising in women’s health. In 1983 I was invited to teach at the Australian College of Natural Medicine in Traditional Chinese Medical Philosophy which I continued to do until 1995.
Concurrently, I taught Naturopathic Philosophy and Flower Essences and from 1996 up until the present time, History and Philosophy of Natural Medicine otherwise known as Vibrational Medicine. Simultaneously I travelled extensively around Australia and overseas teaching Australian Bush Flower Essences for my friend Ian White.
Future Goals
That the ground-breaking information for women that we are making available, and the techniques to assist them to maximize their potential, become standard fare at every woman’s table.
That the metaphorical garden that she grows produces beauty, serenity, and a peaceful place to be, for herself and those in her intimate circle.
And that the fruit of her crowning expression be abundant, radiant and strong and will carry her energy into her future with hearty ‘joie de vivre’.
I will continue to promote women obtaining their hopes, dreams and fulfillment.
My best wish is that women understand the wonder that is within them and the power they have to impact the world we live in, in a life-enhancing and gentle way.
As women we need to feel comfortable in our bodies, our psyches and our spirituality.
May women always own their own destiny.

Hi Annie
My friend Elaine Warcon from Yeppoon mentioned you. I am going through the most profound spiritual experience in my last, on top of some other major challenges, that I have declared my life a "State of Emergency". Elaine kindly made up some Apostle drops for me.
I would like to make a 'phone appointment to talk to you about what is happening; however I notice your focus is very much towards women. As a male; it is not apparent why that should be the case; however I am sure that you have your reasons for that focus.
Should you wish to make me an exception, I can be contacted on the above email, or contacted on 0417 793 295.
Kind Regards
Stuart Reid
Hello Stuart, Thank you for your comment. I will contact you by email re your request.
As you so aptly comment – ‘Spirit of Woman’ essences seem to be only for women – the name can suggest that they are exclusive to the female gender. In fact these beautiful essences are indeed appropriate for men as well. The name Spirit of Woman describes the energy they carry, which is the energy of the Divine Feminine – this powerful high frequency energy entering the planet at this time redresses the imbalance that has existed for thousands of years under a patriarchal phase. The time has come to balance both men and women (the yang within the yin and the yin within the yang) and bring them back into a state of living love on all levels of being. Love is the state of harmony that exists when the masculine and feminine are being equally expressed within and without and is the basis of all life on earth. As we come into balance we live in a state of self-love, enjoy grace in our relationships and express acceptance and tolerance for all beings. When all people live this way, we have peace on earth and live in harmony with the planet.
