In energetic terms, the Spleen function (aka the digestive function) grants the &#039;taste&#039; for good nutritional foods. In other words , if it is functioning in a healthy way it discriminates between &#039;good&#039; food and &#039;bad&#039; food and therefore determines whether we choose nutritious food to appease our hunger or junk food. It follows then that the quality of  food we choose to eat gets better as we strengthen digestive or Spleen energy</description>
